  1. Complete a simple 1-page credit application with UniSource Capital. You can do this any number of ways, whichever is the most convenient for you. Complete it online here at our website, call us at 1-800-404-6792 and complete an application over the phone with one of our credit specialists. Download our credit application, fill it out and send it back to us via email, fax, or text. Or you can request that we send you a credit application by fax or email. We understand you are busy, and your time is valuable, so we make every effort to provide a convenient process for you.

  2. A UniSource Capital credit specialist goes over your application and calls you if we have any additional questions. We frequently have an answer for you in as little as 2-4 hours of receiving your credit application.

  3. If credit is approved, we will call you to discuss the terms and payments, to find out the best fit for you. Once you have selected the option you like best, UniSource Capital collects the first and last monthly payments, any state sales tax on those payments and a one-time documentation fee.

  4. We prepare your lease/financing documents for you right away, and often have those to you the same day as your approval. Like the credit application process, we offer multiple ways to do the paperwork to make it as convenient as possible. We can send the paperwork by email, overnight service, fax and we are now able to offer E-docs for most of our customers.

  5. You complete your paperwork and send it back to us in any of the multiple ways mentioned, whichever is most convenient for you.

  6. Once we have received your paperwork, we go over it right away. We will let you know if we have any additional questions or need anything else. Once everything is completed, we let your equipment supplier know so they can get the order placed and the equipment on its way to you as fast as possible.

  7. Once you have received your equipment, we will contact you to verify that everything has been delivered, that you are satisfied, and that we can finalize your lease.
